Is there a minimum order?
  • Signature: minimum of 8 boxes.
  • Grand: minimum of 4 boxes.
  • Ordering both? Each box type needs its own minimum.
  • Single: no minimum. Send 1 box or as many as you like.
  • Bespoke: no minimum.
Can I mix and match archetypes in one order?
  • Yes. Split your boxes across the Sunday Person, the Host and the Wanderer however you like.
  • Example: a Signature order of 8 boxes could be 3 Sunday Person, 3 Host and 2 Wanderer.
How is each box priced?
  • Signature: from $145 per box.
  • Grand: from $275 per box.
  • The "+" covers additional pieces or item swaps.
  • Single: from $51 per box. You pay for the pieces you choose, plus $45 for packaging and handling.
  • Bespoke: a $350 curation fee per recipient, plus the pieces and packaging at cost.
How much is shipping?
  • Single: $12 per box.
  • Signature and Grand: $17 per box.
  • Bespoke: billed at cost.
  • Shipping in bulk to you? Same rate per box.
  • Every box ships within the US by USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking.
How does Bespoke work?
  • Who it's for: the one who matters most, like a key client, investor or close friend.
  • What we do: we get to know who they are, then source rare pieces beyond our edit.
  • Minimum: none. Send 1 box or more.
  • Price: a $350 curation fee per recipient, plus the pieces and packaging at cost.
  • Premium branding: add your logo and message to the notecard ($75 per order) or your logo to the burgundy tissue ($325 per order).
  • How to start: click Place an Order and choose Bespoke.
When do I pay?
  • In full at checkout, by card.
What is your refund policy?
  • All purchases are final.
How do I send my recipient list?
  • Signature, Grand and Bespoke: after checkout, we email you a Google Sheet.
  • Fill out every field for each recipient, including their name, archetype and shipping address, then send it back.
  • Single: no list needed. Your box is packed and shipped to the mailing address noted when you submit your order.
Where do I check on my order status?
  • Signature, Grand and Bespoke: in your Google Sheet. Our team updates it at each step of the way, including tracking info once each box ships.
  • Single: we email you tracking information once your box ships.
How will I know my gift was received?
  • We email you tracking information for every box.
Can I swap an item?
  • Yes. A swap may increase the price of the box.
Can I add my company's branding?
  • Every box includes our standard message notecard, signed from you.
  • This season, branding is available on Bespoke boxes only: your logo and message on the notecard ($75 per order) or your logo on the burgundy tissue ($325 per order).
  • The outside of the box stays clean, with no logos.
